Sent to Earth to protect it's people, Thena has always seen her as a guardian of others. This can lead to her being seen as stoic at times, struggling to blend into normal day to day society. However, the reality is she cares deeply for those she is meant to protect. While she struggles to settle herself, she finds peace in being a warrior and fulfilling her purpose. As long as she has that, she doesn't care for much else. This drive is so strong in her, that when faced with the reality of the Celestials and Eternals (protecting life long enough for Earth to birth another Celestial, thus destroying Earth in the process) there is no hesitation from Thena on what she must do. She must protect those that cannot protect themselves, and thus she chooses being a protector as her purpose over the designed purpose given to her by her creator.
- FRAGILE :Through no fault of her own, Thena suffers from flashes of memory of her past. This results in trauma that can overtake Thena without her knowledge, causing her to essentially blackout as she yells out her trauma and attacks her own fammily. The effect of losing herself to this trauma, and the trauma itself, deeply disturbs Thena. It leaves her in a more fragile mental state than she'd like, making her a danger to others while also causing her to have to find ways to cope with the trauma that her memories bring up. This loss of control and knowledge of herself also deeply worries Thena, as she fears losing who she is as a person. When these instances creep up, they leave Thena feeling fragile and exposed even once brought out of the blackout.
- BRASH : Because Thena sees herself as a warrior first, Thena tends to value the more violent approaches to problem-solving. Of course, she would never utilize violence against someone who didn't deserve it. But if she can fight, she will fight. This can sometimes put her at conflict with others, as her drive to fight can overwhelm her senses and blind her to her true goals. She can often times be talked back from this edge, prioritizing what must come first, but only until it's completed. Then she'll fall back to her original goals. Additionally, due to her lack of engagement with society in the last few hundred years, Thena also acts more on instinct rather than filtering her thoughts and behaviors. For instance, showing a sharp weapon to a child. It's not intentional, simply a lack of understanding.
- MISANTHROPIC : Because of who she is and her own fragility, Thena finds it safest and best to live outside of society. Part of that is also her own preference, finding that she doesn't enjoy the same sorts of engagement as others do. She lives for the fight, and everything else is just waiting in between. This means that Thena is ill-adapted to both modern society and society in general. She doesn't know the way to behave around children or how to word things delicately to protect the feelings of others. It's not out of any intent, but rather her prefering a simpler and more direct way of living. She's open to learning, it'll just take time for her to adjust to society as a whole again. And only if she really must do it... Powers and Abilities: ETERNAL PHYSIOLOGY : As an Eternal, Thena's body runs on cosmic energy. This allows her a number of skills that enhance her physical form. Thena benefits from supernatural strength, speed, agility, reflexes, durability, and healing. All of these capabilities make her stronger than the average human. Her kind has been shown to be able to be thrown great distances and heights and take hits from giant monsters and survive fairly easily. Additionally, Eternals cosmic energy allow themselves to heal faster than a normal human would. As well as recycling that energy to make her immortal and unable to contract illneses.
COSMIC ENERGY MANIPULATION : Each Eternal has their own unique ability, and Thena's is a physical manipulation of Cosmic Energy. She is able to manifest this energy into the form of any weapon she can imagine. These weapons cannot be damaged and can be manipulated on the fly by a single thought from Thena. She is also able to manifest a hand-held shield with this ability. It is unknown if Thena can manifest any other kinds of forms with this ability, as she is only shown to manifest weaponry.
MASTER COMBATANT : Thena is a skilled combatant in any form. She is not accustomed to modern weapons. However, she is shown to use a number of other weapons with ease. These include swords, lances, axes, shields, staffs, knifes, etc.
SURVIVALIST : Living through many eras in humanity, Thena has not only needed the skills to survive in wildlands, but also the skill to teach others how to survive. She has been a part of helping build cities and civilizations, and thus understands the basics of survival at the least.
MULTILINGUAL : Due to her longevity and experience around the world, Thena has learned many Earth languages and can speak them fluently. Inventory: 1. Her Eternal suit
